1.  IMAGE + RELEASE WAIVER

 By attending and/or participating online or in person in the Light Temple Collective Membership recorded events with Light Priestess Temple inc.  You release agree to your Photographic, Image and audio Release and any future Moneys and Benefits is waived. 

And do hereby grant and convey unto Light Priestess Temple inc, Jennifer Moyers , Jennifer Ashira Ra all right, title and interest in any and all photographic images of you, video or audio recordings made by Light Priestess Temple during the Event including but not limited to your release of all royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived to use image within our Community such images, words, and likenesses for marketing, on our website, as a future online course or other writings and any for any other training legitimate purposes.

Release of Liability I release Jennifer Ashira Ra, Jennifer Moyers, Light Priestess Temple inc. from any liability for anything derived, learned or received  while in the Light Temple Collective Membership. I understand there is sound, energy and meditation practices and guided light code activations within this membership online or in person session events , trainings and ceremonies. 

2. Payment: You agree to pay the full amount specified at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes or fees. Payments are non-refundable and must be made in the currency specified by us.

By proceeding with the purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from making a purchase.

3. Subscription will Auto Renew. Your monthly subscription will auto renew every 30 days from the date of your first payment. You can cancel anytime by cancelling within your account billing area and select and toggle off your subscription plan to cancel.

4. Cancel Anytime. It is your responsibility, choice and action to cancel the membership, Light Priestess Temple inc. or Jennifer Ashira Ra, Jennifer Moyers or any team members are not responsible for your subscription membership cancellation. 

You can cancel the Membership anytime by these steps:

• log in to account.

• Click on Avatar from the top right page header.

• Select Settings from the dropdown.

• Click Billing Info in the top right of the page: Toggle off subscription to cancel 

5. By joining the membership you affirm that you are in good health, mental, emotional and physical to participate in and  experience meditation, Breathwork, sound healing, code activations or any related energetic healing modality that may be used in our gatherings and online or in person events and or circles. 

6.FREE TRIALS Only 1 free trial is offered per person. If there is a Free trial offered when registering and your credit card doesn't begin payments or payment attempts fail after free trial ends. The payment processor attempts 3 times to collect payment. If no payments are collected. There is no ability to rejoin membership and receive another free trial. Any future attempts would be automatically cancelled and with no access.
